VidiVet – Veterinary advice from home, whenever you need it
VidiVet gives our clients instant, app-based access to qualified UK vets whenever the practice is closed. You can send a message, photo or video and receive personalised advice, guidance and reassurance—whether you want to know if something is urgent, how to help your pet overnight, or simply need peace of mind.
It’s an additional layer of support designed to fit around your life, and it means help is always just a tap away.
Ribble Vets – Our trusted local out-of-hours clinic
If your pet ever needs hands-on care during the night, weekends or bank holidays, our out-of-hours partner Ribble Vets is ready to help. They are a long-established local practice with an experienced emergency team, and—importantly for many of our clients—they are closer than most alternative out-of-hours providers, making stressful journeys shorter. They also offer a more affordable emergency service compared with many other regional options, something that we know matters to families when urgent care is needed.
